Hip Furniture® FAQs

 

How many lines do you carry?

We currently have 22 lines. We strive to include a wide variety of modern styles that appeal to a large audience.
 

Where are your products made?

Our products are made all over the world. For specifics on a certain item or line please inquire.
 

Do your products come in other finishes?

Nearly all of our products are available in multiple finishes.
 

Does hip offer design services?

We can provide a wide variety of knowledge and design expertise in-store. We also offer in-home design consults for $75/hour, of which the $75 will be applied toward your next purchase at hip.
 

Do you offer delivery?

We offer white glove delivery in the Portland metro area for $55 to homes and $75 to condos/apartments. Your piece(s) will be fully assembled.
 

Why does the price say “Starting At”?

Since most products are available in different finishes and/or configurations the price will change accordingly.
 

Do you offer financing?

We do not currently offer financing.
 

Does your website represent all items sold through hip?

We are working hard to add more and more products to our website but we do not have every single item displayed on the website. Please visit our brands to view the vendor website directly to see more products available from hip.
 

Do you ever have sales?

We often have sales on different products and brands. The best way to find out about these sales is to check the sale section of our website for current promotions or join our mailing list to receive alerts via email. To be added to our newsletter, please email us at hippdx@ubhip.com.
 

Are your items in stock?

We do not have stock due to the large amount of products and finishes we offer. However, many of our vendors do offer stocking programs that cut down the lead-time.
 

Do you sell items off the floor?

We typically try not to sell items off the floor, but we will make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire directly if interested.
 

What warranty do you offer on your products?

The warranty varies based on the manufacturer. Please inquire for details on specific products and/or lines.

We typically do not ship products, but we will occasionally make exceptions. Please inquire directly if interested.
